Before continuing with purchase or participation of use in our products and services, please take time to read these terms. If you do not agree for any reason, I would highly recommend you discontinue any association with our brand/company.

By purchasing any service or product from Alexus or ASH LLC, you agree to the following:

Spiritual Disclaimer

All readings, guidance, and custom coaching plans are spiritual in nature. Nothing offered is medical, legal, or financial advice. You are responsible for your own decisions and actions. These services are intended to support your alignment, not replace your personal discernment.

Refund Policy

All sales are final. No refunds will be issued once your purchase is complete.

Service Fees

Service fees, consultation fees, and setup fees are non-refundable. In most cases, these fees will be credited toward the total price of your service.

Delivery Times

Delivery windows are listed in each product description. However, turnaround times range from 24 hours to 7 days depending on the service. If something requires more time due to volume or circumstances, you will be informed directly.

Delivery Expectations & Scheduling

Services are not considered scheduled unless they are explicitly booked through our calendar system or directly confirmed by Alexus.

All other services (like hotlines, readings, or plans) are delivered within the general time window listed on the product — not at a specific hour or date.

Don’t assume exact delivery times unless a session has been officially scheduled.

Depending on your situation, follow-up questions may be required before a message or plan is sent. This allows us to fully understand your energy and provide the most aligned support possible. If we reach out for more clarity, your delivery window will begin once that information is received.

Rescheduling & Cancellations

If you need to reschedule, please do so at least 48 hours in advance. There is a 15% reschedule fee for sessions rescheduled within the 48 hour window. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before your scheduled service will result in the forfeit of your deposit or service fee. No-shows are considered cancellations and will not be refunded or credited.

If I ever need to reschedule, I’ll provide you with a new available time as soon as possible. In rare cases where I cancel and cannot reschedule, your payment will be credited toward another service or refunded (minus non-refundable fees).

How to Submit Your Info

For Hotline services, you will be automatically redirected to Telegram after purchase. This is where you’ll send your question or situation in voice, video, or text form — whatever feels natural to you. If you do not reach out within 48 hours, your delivery may be delayed.

For blueprints or documented plans, your form must be submitted at checkout. Your PDF will be sent to the email you provide.

Scheduled Services & Recurring Subscriptions

All scheduled sessions and recurring services are arranged on a case-by-case basis through direct communication. If you reach out to continue a service, book a follow-up, or set up an ongoing agreement (ex: 1on1 coaching, mentoring, monthly support, etc), terms will be clearly outlined and agreed to before the exchange begins.

Digital Products

All digital products (including membership subscriptions, courses, guides, downloads, planners, trackers, or any other file-based or online content) are delivered electronically. Once your purchase is processed, you will receive instant access to the product via the email or platform you provided at checkout.

Because access is granted immediately, all digital product sales are final and non-refundable.
Unauthorized sharing, reselling, or distributing purchased products is prohibited. Each purchase is for individual use only, unless resell rights specified during sale.

Energetic Boundaries

This is not the space for trauma dumping, emotional codependency, or venting. These services are intended for spiritually responsible individuals ready to receive aligned guidance. Please be respectful in your communication. Any misuse of the platform or my energy will result in immediate termination of access with no refund.
